Delete your famaPro account

1. Open the famaPro app and sign in.
2. On Home, tap your profile picture at the top right to open Account.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, under Log out.
4. Check the list of what will be deleted, type DELETE, enter your password if your account has one, and confirm.

3. Type DELETE, enter your password if your account has one, and confirm.

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. You can also use our contact form and choose “Privacy or my data”.

We may ask you to confirm the request is really from you. We then delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Deleting your account in the app or portal takes effect straight away and permanently removes:

• your profile: name, email, phone number, password and Google sign-in link;
• every farm you own, with all of its cycles, records, expenses, sales, inventory, reminders, notes, weather settings and farm location;
• photos you uploaded to those farms, such as receipts, logos and note photos;
• your team memberships, pending invitations and sign-in codes;
• the copy of your data stored on your phone by the app, when you delete from the app.

Staff on farms you own lose access to them. Deletion can't be undone, so export any reports you want to keep (PDF or CSV) first.

• Records you logged on someone else's farm stay with that farm, because they are part of its owner's records, but your name is removed from them.
• Backups: copies in our database backups are overwritten within 90 days.
• Legal requirements: anything the law requires us to keep for longer, kept only for that purpose.
• Messages you sent us, such as contact-form messages, are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Ask in your deletion email if you want them removed sooner.

You can delete individual records and notes yourself in the app or portal, and remove a farm's pinned location from its edit page in the portal. To ask us to delete something else without closing your account, email [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy explains everything we collect and your rights.
